Hey, Hey Friend!

I know fitness + health can be so daunting, trust me – So
let me walk you through a few steps on how my programs work!

First up: Exercise!
You will be taught everything you need to know
about fitness! From what works for you, to what each individual exercise is – I’ve got you covered! No one thing will go unexplained, promise.

Next comes the nutrition!
I know sometimes it is hard to completely understand everything surrounding nutrition, but the beautiful thing is: that all comes in your plan. It is written in easy-to-understand language and will prepare you for a lifestyle change – not just another diet. I know that no style of eating is one size fits all, so I created a plan that will work based on your needs and not what the rest of the world is telling you to do!

Should I be weightlifting/resistance training, and why?
A.

Without a shadow of a doubt: YES! No matter your age, there is something out there for you! As women we are
incredibly predisposed to all sorts of diseases and bone deterioration. Women need muscles too!

I have never weightlifted before and I don’t know what to do or how to do it!
A.

That is completely okay! I walk you through step-by-step, along with tutorial videos that you can rely on for explanations and form.

How do I know which plan is best for me?
A.

I focus on changing your lifestyle, so whichever plan sounds like it would best suit that need! All plans are a perfect mix of resistance training + cardiovascular exercises.

Will weightlifting make me bulky or manly? 
A.

In short: NO! It will actually help you trim down, it burns calories for you 24/7 (aka: you can eat more!), and it acts as a corset – pulling your measurements in tighter! I have been weightlifting for almost 6 years and I still don’t look like a man (whattttt?!).

What are macros and why do I need to know about them?
A.

You eat macros every day! Macros are your protein, carbs, and fats. These all do different things for your body so instead of focusing on overall calories in + out, I focus on a specific macro breakdown that is targeted for your goals. This makes your goals easier to hit because you now have the correct amount of
each macro that is fit for your specific need.
